Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges are accepted on items in new condition with all tags still attached. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

All sale items are final. Only One does not refund shipping and handling charges.

You must call or email us to obtain a return authorization number and write this return # on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted without this number. Once we receive your return we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days

Return Instructions

Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original box (if possible). Include the original receipt. We highly recommend that you insure and/or include delivery confirmation when shipping your item!

Payment

We currently accept the following forms of payment: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PAYPAL. We do not accept cash or checks for website orders at this time. Tax will not be added onto clothing and accessories when shipped outside of Massachusetts.

Item Availability

We make every attempt to keep our website current and up-to-date, but occassionally an item is sold out. In this case we will notify you via email immediately.

Guidelines

If an order is placed after 2PM EST it will be proccessed the next day and shipped within 3-5 days pending credit card notification. This excludes holidays. All orders placed on a Friday after 2PM EST will be processed on the following Monday excluding holidays.

We use USPS for our shipping service. We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time. We do not ship on Saturdays, packages are shipped Monday-Friday.
